For all of you that don't already know: Fiala, Invert and myself are the founders of Vision Intenz Gaming. I cannot speak for the other two; but I want VIG to become huge in Team Fortress 2 and many games to come. I have big plans for VIG that I am currently unable to discuss.
Everyone is responsible for this community. Every person who wears the ViG tag has a stake. Every person who plays alongside us is part of something. We aren't out to change the world, we just want to have fun being the best we can be. This won't always be fun, and it certainly won't always be easy. This means helping populate the server and keeping the forums active when you'd rather be doing other things. Sitting in an empty server is dull and often times tedious, but it has merits outside of simply increasing population and server flow. The server gets populated and you have an opportunity to hone your skills, accuracy, and teamwork. This is also a perfect opportunity to better get to know the other members of Vision Intenz.
Everyone is busy at times. Some have more free time than others. All we ask is that you do your part when you can do it. The leaders and admins of ViG do not expect anything from the members that they themselves are not willing to do. It should also be noted that the forums are available for more than simply gaming discussion. If you have a question about your computer, a game, a strategy, or hell, even your car, post it. Don't pm it! Not only will this create activity on the forums, but it will allow other members to offer wisdom and advice that you may not have known they had! This is what builds community. The opportunity is available to you, take it!
Finally, I want to get into leagues. Saiko and myself are working to get a Great League team going. If you're not currently on the league team this doesn't mean you can't be on the team or that you're not a part of the community. We want to strive to be "The Best" and if that means breaking some hearts in the process so be it. We will try to have more than one scrim team to compete so everyone can have a chance at competitive gaming.
